Every tip keeps this going.

Looking for help rather than a way to give it?

Talk to Sammy, any time, free, and you do not need an account to start. If you are in danger or in crisis right now, call 999, or Samaritans free on 116 123. Outside the UK, findahelpline.com lists a line near you.

Talk to Sammy

Everything here is free. The articles, the insights, the real lives, the conversations with Sammy: none of it sits behind a paywall, because the people who need it most are often the ones who can least afford one.

If this place has helped you, or helped someone you love, a monthly tip is the kindest thing you can do to help it reach the next person. You can start, pause or stop any time. There is no obligation, and no amount is too small.

£2.99 a month

A small steady tip. It all adds up, and it all helps.

£4.99 a month

Enough to cover a corner of what it costs to keep the site running.

£7.99 a month

A real help, quietly, every month.

£12.99 a month

Generous, and it goes straight into keeping this open to everyone.

£19.99 a month

For anyone who can give more so someone else does not have to.

A one-off, or your own amount

You decide

Prefer a single tip rather than monthly, or a different amount? Choose this one and fill in whatever feels right for you on the next page.

You can pause or stop any time. Stripe emails you a receipt every month with a link to manage your tip.
